On 19.06.2009 the National Bank of Moldova has revoked by Order the license for financial activity of BC "INVESTPRIVATBANK" S.A. and nominated the liquidator for the banks liquidation.
From 19.06.2009 the liquidator (Mr. MARCU SILVIA) becomes the banks financial administrator, which is situated on 34 Sciusev Str., Chisinau.
According to the Law on Financial Institutions the liquidator took over the mandate of the banks controlling bodies, and is the only legal representative of the bank.
